Have you noticed the energy of fear seems to be the underlying current these days? I have both inside my office and outside. What is Reiki?
A Brief Overview
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. This recipe is great to warm the body up in the cooler seasons of Autumn and Winter.
Simple & Easy!
Ingredients & Equipment:
Glass casserole dish with lid or aluminum foil to cover top
1/8-1/4 cup of water
