Healthy Autumn Transition Workshop
Empower yourself and take control over your health and wellness with this workshop. Nature provides us with what we need to feed, heal, and care for ourselves. I will cover information from an Ancient Chinese Medicine perspective regarding foods for the wellness of your body as we transition into the Autumn months. With flu season around the corner it is vital to review your options for prevention. I will cover foods, herbs, and lifestyle suggestions to enter into Autumn strong, armored, and ready!
